Next to personal coaching I regularly give workshops around personal leadership and personal development. The themes vary, but the intention of each workshop is to develop yourself. I mostly collaborate with inspiring colleagues.
In March 22 - 24, 2022 I organised a retreat ‘Insights at Sea’ together with Marieke van Paassen.
A retreat for women, who, nowadays, have a lot in common with circus artists …… balancing, juggling, always busy and always involved in several things at the same time. Women just keep going and soldier on. This retreat will bring you to a halt, helps you to pause and reflect. It is an opportunity to further explore and realise what it is that is important to you and what route you would like to pursue. A few days to leave all that keeps you busy behind, to focus on yourself.

In March 2022, I facilitated the workshop ‘the Art of Choosing’, together with Rombout van den Nieuwenhof. In this Masterclass young professionals gain perspective(s) on their career and other important choices in life. You explore your talents and what it is that is important to you. And you are empowered to develop the competences to realise the career that you would like to pursue.
